Step exclusion for Secton court

On Secton courts production list they cannot tick off “weld Prep” or “weld” due to the step being excluded.

From a 150×150 to 600×600 PF the step is not necessary but when working on a 9×6 or a 12×6 the step is required.

This is an issue because the non welded and the welded are coded up the same. The easiest solution that I think would work when excluding steps would be if we can do it by size too and not just the code as this will also help some situation on bespoke.

For example “apply to all sizes” or “apply to sizes over ………..”
