Special Require Warning Feature

If a customer requests a special instruction can we have an alert that pops up at the point someones trying to despatch said order prompting to acklowledge the special request.

i.e “CUSTOMER REQUIRES PHOTO’S OF THE PANEL BEFORE DESPATCH”
