Send delivery schedule with purchase order

is there a way to get the delivery schedule for a split delivery to automatically attach to a PO we send to rapid? we've been told that rapid need the delivery schedules sending to them if we have a split delivery, but its adding a step where we're most likely going to forget to download the attachment and forward it over
