I would like to suggest that we put a feature in place very similar to the “Register a complaint” button on bboss to say “Register a Return” on this button sales will be able to log a return and it go into the sales garden as “unresolved return” then Rapid despatch or stores can go into that when the panel comes back to log it has made it back into the factory and scanned back in. Then it needs to go into unresolved credit so that everything is logged in bboss and not a google spreadsheet. This will then generate a report and we can analyse the return by reason and track how long a return takes, I would like it to flag up on bboss if it is taking longer than 5 working days to be flagged to chase similar to quotes to chase.
