Lapsed Customer Quote Chasing

Any lapsed customers which are assigned to us we chase any outstanding quotes, however these do not show up in quote chasing due to the limit we have set, we can make these as a task if we set a date on lapsed but this duplicates work. Is there a way we can have a quote chasing task in our own gardens for anyone that we set a date against please?
