Complaints

We are currently adding customer complaints onto a google docs spreadsheet and I feel that some complaints are being missed. Is it possible we can maybe have a button on the sales order that the complaint is related to that we can click, with a drop down box we can select from and then BBOSS could generate a report of the complaints from that month?
