The CRM within bboss is to undergo some long overdue improvements.
We plan to bring together customer tracking, project tracking and quote chasing into one unified process, which will prioritise different information depending on the task at hand.
So if you're chasing quotes, you'd access the customer via the CRM and be given a list of all quotes due to be chased (and upcoming) which can be actioned in one go, rather than working on a quote-by-quote basis. Alongside this, you'd have details of any projects related to the customer and other notes/tasks that have been added to customer tracking.
Likewise, with project tracking, the view would prioritise project information but also show any active quotes/notes etc.
This approach will mean that the task of tracking your customers and their activity will be given much more context and can be done much more efficiently.

Lead separation - data imported from Barbour will not automatically land in your customer pool

Customer goals/pipeline
Automatic Quote Chasing
Monthly Statements
Separate origins for contacts within a company
